It is understood and agreed that all sales are final.

not harass others or use any vulgar, racist, or otherwise
offensive language, either in public posted material or in

sexually suggestive and connotative language. You will not post
any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's and/or
email addresses in your profile. SINGLEJEW.COM reserves the right
to edit photo submissions. You will not post advertisements or
forward chain letters. You will not use any service provided by
SINGLEJEW.COM to libel, defame, or slander any person, and you
will not use any service provided by SINGLEJEW.COM to infringe
the privacy rights of any person. You will not post any
information that infringes the property rights of any person,
including but not limited to the intellectual property rights of
any person. As a paying member of SINGLEJEW.COM, you will be
responsible for all charges incurred in accordance with stated
prices and billing policies. You assume full responsibility for
all charges from other providers incurred in accessing the
SINGLEJEW.COM service (such as online access providers, telephone
service providers, or others). SINGLEJEW.COM is not responsible
for the use of any personal information that you may choose to
disclose on this service. Please carefully select the type of
information that you post on
SINGLEJEW.COM.
WHAT SINGLEJEW.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
SINGLEJEW.COM DOES NOT review or assume any responsibility for
the content of private email messages sent between Members using
our anonymous web mail program. SINGLEJEW.COM DOES NOT ensure the content
of messages will not contain material that could be offensive to
some. SINGLEJEW.COM does NOT monitor or resolve disputes between
service subscribers. You agree, at the request of SINGLEJEW.COM,
to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SINGLEJEW.COM, its
officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, from
your use of the service, including any violation of the rules
contained in this Agreement or any accusation that the
information that you post infringes the intellectual property
rights (such as copyright, trade secret, trademark, or patent) of
any third party or that such information disparages, libels or
invades the privacy of any third party. SINGLEJEW.COM PROVIDES
THE SERVICE ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
SINGLEJEW.COM - OUR RIGHTS AS THE SERVICE PROVIDER
SINGLEJEW.COM reserves the right to prohibit offensive language from any public areas of the service. SINGLEJEW.COM reserves the right but shall have no obligation to remove materials from the service that are not in compliance with this Service Agreement or the rules of SINGLEJEW.COM. SINGLEJEW.COM reserves the right to terminate service without notice to any user who fails to comply with this Service Agreement or the rules of SINGLEJEW.COM. The SINGLEJEW.COM service contains proprietary information of SINGLEJEW.COM and its licensors. In addition, other persons may post copyrighted information, which has copyright protection whether or not it is identified as copyrighted. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you will not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any such information. YOU AND OTHER PROVIDERS OF INFORMATION ARE THE PUBLISHERS OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON SINGLEJEW.COM. SINGLEJEW.COM IS NOT A PUBLISHER OF SUCH INFORMATION. FEEDBACK INFORMATION

This Agreement is entered into in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. You agree that Ontario law (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this Agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the federal and provincial courts in Brampton, Onatario, Canada.
